OntheBit works on all browsers but it is best on Internet Explorer version 7 or Firefox version 2. It’s possible that you don’t have the latest versions of Explorer and/or Firefox. We found it worth updating (for free) to these new versions as they offer much better features, and OntheBit looks smashing on them! To view the videos on OntheBit, you really need broadband internet. You can always contact us if you have any further technical questions.
:: What is the free trial month?
You have access to the entire website for one month from the moment you sign up. The month is a free trial period before you purchase your yearly subscription.
:: Am I obligated to purchase a subscription?
Aboslutely not. You may cancel anytime during your free trial month and your subscription will not be processed. To cancel during your trial period, send an email to info@onthebit.com.au.
:: Why do I have to provide payment details for a free trial?
At the conclusion of your free month, your yearly subscription fee will be processed. OntheBit is an online magazine and you should think of it in these terms. It is a business and we cannot provide unlimited content for free. We believe the subscription cost is very low considering the quality and frequency of the content.
:: How many times can I register for a free trial month?
Strictly once only.
:: How do I become a subscriber?
Simply fill out your details on the Subscriber Form and make your payment and you will have access to the whole site right away, or start your Free Trial month and go from there.
:: Can I try out watching a video?
You may register for a free month subscription, you will get access to the whole site for this free month and then your yearly subscription will kick in. You may cancel at any time during the free month and the yearly subscription fee will not be charged.

The easiest way to pay is by credit card. You may purchase your subscription online with Visa or Mastercard and your payment will be processed through the secure facility at PayPal. You may also call the office on 02 9987 2428 or email info@onthebit.com.au to pay in a variety of ways including credit card, direct deposit and cheque, however this method is slower than paying online.

One a payment is processed, OntheBit does not offer refunds on subscriptions.

Subscribers have unlimited access to the entire OntheBit site. Videos generally remain on the site for 6 to 12 months.
